Team Typhoon and group lead Davee have made good on their promise to deliver a properly working version of the universal homebrew enabler known as ChickHEN, initially released yesterday. For those in need of a refresher, this enables homebrew support on firmware 5.03 for all PSP revisions, including the PSP-3000 and TA-088 v3 equipped 2000 units.
Despite being hampered by bugs the first time around, R2 turns the tables with proper, fully-functional homebrew support. Users are advised to stick to using 3.X kernel based applications, as older legacy software based on the 1.5 kernel will have issues with running from within the HEN environment.

WiiGator ha publicado la versión 0.3 beta de Backup Launcher, la aplicación que permite jugar con copias de seguridad en Wii sin chip, lo que los newbies conocen como "piratear la wii". Las novedades de esta nueva versión son muy interesantes:
- Gran aumento de la velocidad de lectura (en realidad sigue leyendo a 3x, pero cualquiera pensaría que es 6x…)
- Permite jugar con isos de juegos sin necesidad de parchearlos primero con backup-creator.exe (y de hecho, lograremos mayor compatibilidad con juegos no parcheados)
- Ya no es necesario instalar DVDx
Como vemos la instalación ahora es mucho más sencilla. Veamosla paso a paso:
- Instalamos el canal homebrew, si no lo hemos hecho ya.
- Descargamos el zip con el instalador del cIOS y la aplicación Backup Launcher 0.3
- Descomprimimos y movemos ambas aplicaciones a la carpeta apps de la SD, de forma que podamos ejecutarlas con el homebrew channel.
- Ejecutamos el canal homebrew, y cargamos cIOS installer. Este descargará algunos archivos de internet e instalará el custom IOS. Si no contamos con conexión a internet, podemos descargar los archivos por nuestra cuenta, y copiarlos a la carpeta /00000001/00000024/v1042/ de la SD.
- Introducimos el DVD con la copia de seguridad del juego al que queramos jugar.
- Volvemos a ejecutar el canal homebrew y esta vez cargamos Backup Launcher.

Ya es posible piratear la PS3, es decir, cargar copias de seguridad de juegos en la PS3. Y lo mejor es que las ISOs se cargan por USB, desde un disco duro externo o pendrive, utilizando los conocidos discos Swap Magic. Pero hay truco, si, y es que este método para piratear la PS3 solo permite cargar copias de seguridad de juegos de PS2.
Y si bien es cierto que una PS2 cuesta menos de 100€ actualmente, y que la mayoría de los dueños de PS3 la han comprado para jugar con juegos de PS3, sigue siendo un gran avance. Un avance que podría beneficiar incluso a Sony, y es que el poder piratear la PS3 sería un gran revulsivo para las ventas de la consola.

ChickHEN es un nuevo HEN (Homebrew Enabler) creado por Davee y el Team Typhon que permite piratear la PSP independientemente del modelo que tengas. Sí, también permite piratear la PSP 3000. Y con piratear me refiero a ejecutar homebrew, ojo, no a ejecutar una ISO o CSO de un juego o a instalar un custom firmware como M33 (a menos que sea un modelo de PSP que ya era hackeable). Al menos por ahora.
ChickHEN es un software que permite ejecutar homebrew utilizando el firmware 5.03 en TODOS los modelos de PSP actuales, incluida la PSP 3000, gracias a una vulnerabilidad de la PSP en el manejo de las imágenes TIFF.
Las instrucciones para utilizarlo son las siguientes:
- Actualiza tu PSP a 5.03 y desinstala cualquier tema que tuvieras en la PSP.
- Descarga y extrae el contenido del rar de la última versión de ChickHEN.
- Si tienes una PSP phat (PSP 1000) copia la imágen TIFF del directorio PHAT a la carpeta PSP/PHOTO o PSP/PICTURE de la memory stick. En caso contrario, copia la imagen de la carpeta SLIM.
- Copia el archivo h.bin a la raíz de la memory stick.
- Entra en el menú foto de la PSP y selecciona visualizar las imágenes de la memory stick. La PSP debería reiniciarse al intentar visualizar la imágen TIFF que copiamos a la memory stick y cargar en memoria ChickHEN. Y listo, ya está, no hay que hacer más para piratear la PSP

La principal ventaja de ESET SysRescue es que ESET NOD32 Antivirus puede ser ejecutado de forma independiente del sistema operativo, sin necesidad de ser instalado en el mismo, además de facilitar el acceso directo al disco y a todo el sistema de archivos.

Requisitos mínimos del sistema
