Sinopsis:
En el ‘thriller’ de ciencia ficción Skyline, unas extrañas luces descienden sobre la ciudad de Los Ángeles, que atraen a la gente al
exterior, como polillas a la luz. Una vez fuera, una aterradora fuerza extraterrestre empieza a llevarse a toda la población humana de
la faz de la Tierra. En cuestión de horas, no quedará nadie.
Se suponía que el viaje de Jarrod (ERIC BALFOUR) y Elaine (SCOTTIE THOMPSON) al sur de California iba a ser una simple escapada de fin
de semana para ir a ver al mejor amigo de Jarrod, Terry (DONALD FAISON), y a su novia, Candice (BRITTANY DANIEL), por el cumpleaños de
éste.

Pero, cuando el amanecer parece llegar dos horas antes, provocado por una intensa e inquietante luz procedente de una fuente desconocida,
su vida tal y como la conocen ha llegado a su fin. Desde las ventanas del ático de Terry, observan aterrados mientras por toda la
ciudad la gente se ve atraída al exterior y desaparecen en inmensas naves alienígenas que cubren el cielo de Los Ángeles.

Ahora, tendrán que hacer acopio de todo su instinto de supervivencia para evitar ser capturados por las miles de monstruosas criaturas
que recorren la ciudad en busca de cualquier humano que haya logrado escapar de su asalto inicial. Desde tanques a zánganos o
extraterrestres parecidos a hidras, los alienígenas parecen imposibles tanto de eludir como de destruir. En el ‘thriller’ de ciencia
ficción Skyline, el fin del mundo ha llegado... no hay más que asomarse por la ventana.
